Mr. Grant concentrates his efforts in the areas of corporate finance, business law, tax planning, estate planning, and litigation. Mr. Grant is a member of the American, Tennessee, and Chattanooga Bar Associations and the State Bar of Georgia. He also served as a Colonel and Judge Advocate General in the U.S. Army Reserve.
